Three Motivation Tips - It Start With a Goal

Do you ever wonder why some people have so much motivation that they can graduate from college at 20, have their PhD by 25 and, have traveled the world by 30 - yet others are the complete opposite when it comes to motivation, and are still living at home with their parents at 40? Do you ever wonder exactly how you can be one of those people who are so motivated, they seem to get and do anything they put their minds to? It doesn't have to be that difficult, all you need are a few motivation tips to boost your day to day productivity and happiness - and guess what? They're all around you.

Most people need simple and easily implemented motivation tips. The vast majority of people who are highly motivated are generally running towards something (a dream, a goal, a desire, etc.), and in some cases, are running away from something (a fear, negativity, etc.). Your best option is to learn from these people and increase your own personal motivation. You need to discover exactly what it is you want to run towards (even if you are running away, there is usually something you are running towards at the same time). The first motivation tip is to find your passion! So, maybe you're 5'6" and known as 'shrimp' on the court.

Money 101

A man worth is not measure by the abundance of money he has but how many life or situation he is able to put in order. Somebody says if you want to be successful just help enough people success. I tried to explain to us on my previous article, some of the things we can do to attract just enough money to our life, one of sure is how Time Management , time management can help you to be productive.

Time management is a very vital resource we should take very serious, there is a saying that says that time is money. Time is not actually money in quote, but can be a vital instrument that can put money in your bank account if well managed. Take all my money away and give me time I will double the money again.

Every time you spend working for people you have just sold a fraction of your precious life-time which you usually give out for a peanut.I just found a resoure that can you put a stop to it. Check it out! and let me know what you think.

What might be going through your mind right now is how can I attract this money, wait a minute, take a pause for a moment, let us first understand or define what money really is, reasons is it can change our mind –set, our believe and attitude about money, understand that money is never SCARE, this is a mind-set I have battle for long that money is scare, It take an ideal to call money to reality.
According to the definition of Commerce we are made to know that money is anything that is generally accepted, an not here to tell you what commerce say, they have all failed us, there is no sure class as Money 101, money is not taught in out elementary school, our community and family has all failed us. As entrepreneur we see things different from just definition, which is what our high school teachers has lived by for many years which has not bring any changes, we have to live beyond the boundary of what our school had taught us.

Still trying to understand what money is, let me put it this way that money is a Game and to every game there is a rule guiding it, so when you play to the rules you win, if you go against the rules you lose. I have two younger brothers. The first, there is nothing you give him that you come back to meet, he just spend it within a short time. The second, give him a bottle of coca cola he save it, give him money he save it that even you that gave him the money come back to borrow from him sometime with interest on it. He is productive with everything in his hands; he is not wasteful with every cent that comes to him.

This illustration is a picture and the beginning of attract money…… no matter how hard you work if you do not manage what come to you; you will not amount to anything in life. To control an empire of wealth, these 3 keys should not be ignored.

1. Value It
2. Control It
3. Save It

The secret to life is, anything you Value most you tend to Control it and if you can controlled it, there is every tendency you can Save it and if can save it, it will eventually work for you, by so doing you are already attracting money to yourself. Thanks

How to Use the Power of Words to Your Benefit

How to Use the Power of Words to Your Benefit
By Colin Dunbar

Someone I know maintains that "motivational words are great coming from philosophers, but that's because they're not in the real world." The power of words can be an incredible aid to helping us remain motivated and focused.

Abraham Lincoln certainly was in the "real world". So was Henry Ford. Napoleon Hill, Anthony Robbins, John Kehoe, and so the list goes on.

For most of us, the words we read have little impact on us and our lives, and especially on the setting of our goals. Here I hope to offer another way to look at words, and hopefully give the value of what words can mean with our goals and our lives.

The enormous amount of motivational material available - books, articles, motivational quotes - can (and does) help us to develop a positive attitude. But this does not occur by reading them as a novel or short story, that is, reading it once, and then never returning to the material.

When we use the concept known as spaced repetition, which is the reading of material repeatedly, but with breaks in between, words, and in particular motivational words become a powerful aid. This has an exceptional effect on our subconscious mind (and also works well with learning new material).

How much effort is there in that?

To use an example, consider the following motivational quote: "If you don't like something, change it. If you can't change it, change the way you think about it." Let's consider how these words can help us to develop a positive attitude, and as result make us more content.

"If you don't like something, change it."

Example, are you in a job that absolutely drains you mentally, and emotionally? Have you seriously looked at changing jobs? And here the key word is "seriously". Do we really investigate all our options? Do we consider dropping in salary (in the short term), but have work that stimulates us? Do we make a concerted effort to look for other positions?

Now for the second part. "If you can't change it, change the way you think about it."

Do we have any control over the petrol price? Do we have any control over getting a flat tyre? There is no way in the world we can change these occurrences by moaning about them.

Too often we throw up our hands in frustration, or drop our head in desperation. And what is the value of that? Does it rectify the problem? Absolutely not! So why do we allow outside influences to affect us detrimentally? Accept that which you have no control over, and your attitude will soar proportionately.

In practice, using spaced repetition, committing these words to memory, when the occasion arises, we almost automatically retrieve these words and the whole situation looks entirely different.

This is where the value of words comes into its own. A while ago, while pulling away from a traffic light, I was too slow for the driver behind me. He hooted and showed me to move. My first reaction was to become annoyed, and I was "talking" to him - in no uncertain terms. Then I asked myself what effect does that have on the situation? And realizing this I relaxed I continued on my journey. By the time I reached my destination, I had all but forgotten the incident.

Words can be of real value to us, if we use them correctly. Give it a try, and see the effect it has on your attitude, and on you as a person.

As Rudyard Kipling said: "Words are the most powerful drug used by mankind."

Make it your goal to...

Find a motivational quote and write this down. Give it a read at least twice a day - you'll be surprised at the results.

The Power Of Words

The Power Of Words
By Mel Avila Alarilla.

Words can hurt. Words can build up or destroy. So let us be careful with what we say and how we say it. Words are cheap. There are words that cut deeply into one's soul and no amount of apologies can rectify the hurt that was done. We may feel good when we give someone a piece of our mind, but what about that someone? We may have left him devastated.

Disapproving words and words that belittle a little child can become a self fulfilling prophecy when he grows up. We may be disappointed with our children and we rebuke them with hurting words that cut deeply into their souls and shatter their self confidence. We can be sure that those words will hung in their necks and manifest in their lives when they grow up and mature.

Sometimes, words can provoke anger and violence. It is better to hold back our tongues when there is nothing good that we can say. As they say, silent waters run deep and a bubbling brook holds no depth. Gossips, idle talks and back stabbing are some of the worse words that can ever leave one's mouth. They do no good and destroy the reputation of others. Better to keep our peace and hold our tongues in check.

If we must speak, let us speak words of encouragements, words of inspiration, words of love and words that uplift rather than deflate others. Let us become harbingers of peace and joy to the world. Together with a winsome smile, gentle words of approbation uplifts the spirits of those we come in contact with. Let us bring joy, love, peace and harmony into the world by our gentle and soothing words.
